Job Description: Associate Sales Executive
Location: New Delhi
1. Connecting with prospective leads by making outbound calls and converting sales
2. Executing digital marketing strategies
2. Building relationships and client servicing
3. Responsible for revenue generation
4. Counseling and after sales support
5. Direct selling of our range of products to the target audience
Key Competencies Expected:
i) You should have great verbal and written communication skills in both English & Hindi.
ii) A self-starter. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away, you get it done.
iii) Passionate about working in a rapidly evolving industry.
iv) An analytical mindset. You approach problems from an inquisitive and scientific perspective and are always looking for data to help make decisions.
v) A quick learner who is willing to dig deep and find root-cause of issues and provide answers.
vi) Good team player and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Qualification: BA/B.Sc./BBA + MBA (Optional)

Eckovation: Social Learning Platform
Eckovation is a platform which allows discovery of students, teachers and content. A platform where teachers can launch a course and discover potential students and where students can discover courses of their interest.
We are building a product which puts peer learning back at the centre of online education. The app provides a platform wherein teachers run classroom using suite of inbuilt toolkit. On the student(s) side they can discover study groups, teachers and content from the personalised recommendation system (AI enabled).
Within a year, more than 500,000 users are using the platform where almost 60% users are coming from tier-2 and tier-3 cities, making us India’s fastest growing social learning platform.
Eckovation completed the previous seed round with investments from Mihir Somaiya, Surface Commercial Channel Lead – Asia, Microsoft; Rohit Chadha, Head – Global Consulting Services Practice Center of Excellence at Bain & Company; and Chandigarh Angels Network.
