Unnayan Project of Eckovation invited for UNESCO Forum in Africa

The Unnayan project with its roots in introduction of technology in government schools of India has now been invited for adoption and implementation in African nations.

Technological Innovations from India are for first time being appreciated and adopted by the nations across the world. The Unnayan Project of Eckovation is not only appreciated for it’s contribution in including latest technology at the grass root level, but also is adopted by the nations across the world including Kenya, Nigeria and Congo in Africa. The project was initiated after a rigorous field study and development of scalable model with support from District Administration of Banka in South-Eastern Bihar, India.

The Unnayan Project has brought a revolution in the education system of Bihar State which was much criticised for it’s various inefficiencies and poor learning outcomes for years. The project is going on strong in the state of Bihar and after expansion in various states across the nation, it has now reached international level.

UNESCO | Forum on Artificial Intelligence

UNESCO in it’s “Forum on Artificial Intelligence” in Morocco invited Mr. Ritesh Singh, who hails from Chapra, Bihar,  and appreciated the use of AI in education sector by Eckovation and it’s Unnayan Project. African Nations has also shown great interest in adopting the technology of Unnayan Model and are  hopeful that the results of such interventions in Africa will help in providing access to Quality education to a million students using technology.

African Nations are struggling with multiple inefficiencies  in public education sector and are very hopeful from Unnayan Project and it’s concept of Contextualised learning facility and Artificial Intelligence in Education for personalised attention to each and every students. The enthusiasm of African Nations especially Kenya, Nigeria and Congo for implementing the project in the first phase was observed in the Forum.

With the support from District Administration and Education Depart of Banka and Saran District in Bihar, Dhubri in Assam and Godda in Jharkhand, Eckovation is ensuring reach of quality education to more than 1,20,000 students in schools and on mobile-based platform.  The mobile based platform, Eckovation, is unique in it’s way of integrating education with latest technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics to improve accessibility to quality education in the remotest regions of the country. The students from these remote regions can now easily connect with global subject experts using this mobile based platform and these experts are answering doubts of the students from remote and rural region.

This successful effort has also received the Prime Minister Innovation Award and CAPAM International Innovation Award.
